- •Place of meeting for negotiating influences the level if confidence. You would feel more relaxed and confident in your own office than in the other party’s. Also, you can arrange the seating according to your own choice.
- In your own office you can immediately get whatever information/material is needed during the course if negotiation, if you did not think of keeping it ready with you, while planning for the meeting.
- At your own place you can use the social courtesies of offering hot or cold drinks to the other party. This is the token of goodwill between the two parties which would move the negotiation towards agreement.
