The Learning Service Stream for Individual (LSI) integrates courses, learners, tutors in the background of learning support services to present an interactive learning environment.
The individual learner is (i) an adult who is associated with an organisation and works in HRD / HRM areas (ii) a young adult who has completed a formal education and his interested in pursuing functional education related to HRD / HRM areas, and (iii) any other person interested in pursuing learning in HRD / HRM areas.
