HRDWebvarsity operates as part of the SMR Group of companies. An important unit of this group is Specialist Management Resources (SMR).
SMR has been in the field of training / HRD for 27 years and operates in 31 countries.
SMR and HRDWebvarsity will collaborate through Learning Stream for Onsite Learners (LSOL). SMR designs, develops and managers onsite training programes. These training programes are usually presented through a number of learning modules over 1 to 5 days. They are also guided by very focussed learning objectives and very specific learning outcomes.
In some of the important open training programmes, an extra module will be developed and deployed through HRDWebvarsity. This module can either be the first module ("Introductory Module" are "Pre-Assessment Module") or the last module ("Post-Assessment Module" are "Project Work Module"). The registrants of onsite programmes will be expected to complete their training programme by completing specified modules online and the rest onsite.
